Grab Their Attention

What is the most commonly asked question your community is getting these days?  What are families curious about or needing to know before making a decision?  There is your topic!  Are they struggling with everything it takes to sell their house, then maybe it’s a downsizing and real estate presentation?  If the family is worried about mom’s transition maybe it’s time for a resident panel to share what it’s REALLY like to live in your community.
