(Leads that only you have, as you know from our article about lead exclusivity.) We’ve implemented your automated marketing campaign and your message is getting out. You’re starting to see results and getting move-ins—which is great! That means we’re doing our job well.

But what about those leads that don’t convert right away? What happens if they stay in your pipeline for awhile…and then that aged lead decides to move-in to your community?

We don’t like to talk smack about other people (our mamas raised us right), but let’s just say that some of our competitors…don’t do what we do. Once our competitors hand over leads to you, they seem to have a “finder’s keepers” mentality.Let’s say you’re working with Company A. They’ve generated some interested people, and then a year or two later, one of those original people decides to move into your community. Suddenly, Company A comes a-knocking. It was all our hard work that got this person to move in, they may say. Now you owe us. Give us our money! You never could have done it without us! Kind of loan-sharky, if you ask us.

At SeniorVu, it’s a different story. When you work with us, we are your partner to nurture those leads all the way to a move-in. If a lead runs cold after all our love and attention, but decides years down the road to come live at your community, SeniorVu is NOT going to come knocking to demand a cut.

Ultimately, SeniorVu’s goal is to always be your partner. We’ll find the best leads and get the right message to the right people at the right time on your behalf. And then, just like any good partner, we’ll be completely fair with you—no “finder’s keepers, loser’s weepers” shenanigans.

Answering inquiries for your community is what our Family Advocate Managers (FAM team) love doing, even on most holidays. Thanksgiving and Christmas Day are the only two days we close up shop. We believe all of our team members deserve time with their families. By the next morning, FAM is right back at it to follow up on any inquiries that may have come in the day before.
