SeniorVu Adds New Leadership– Julie Kerr Joins as Sr. Director, Contact Center Services

Former U.S. Bank Operations Mgr to Head SeniorVu’s Contact Center

Kansas City, Missouri:  SeniorVu, an industry-leading company renowned for helping clients with lead generation and marketing automation for over 20 years, announced today the addition of former CommunityAmerica Contact Center Operations Director Julie Kerr as Senior Director of Contact Center Services to their expanding SeniorVu team.

Julie brings 20+ years as a call center leader in both the financial and corporate sectors. She was the visionary for two Rewards and Recognition programs that reduced errors, removed escalations and drove up quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Julie has acted as a quality control manager, where she monitored quality of sales and services calls and coached her agents, ultimately achieving 95% rate in quality. She also brings VP of Programming experience from the Association of Customer Contact Professionals, where she hosted events to share contact center best practices with other leaders in the industry. Julie’s skills not only encapsulate what it means to be a driver of strategic planning and people management, but also an advocate for the constant improvement of the customer experience, as is her goal for SeniorVu.
