Jonathan brings 20+ years as an entrepreneur and leader in the customer service and sales industries. His career has encompassed the engineering and developing of innovative products, online marketing, and high-end luxury hotel services. Jonathan was a founding partner of AnswerHVAC, an answering service that prided itself on applying specific industry knowledge with excellent customer service to increase lead generation and conversion within the HVAC industry. He innovated the live chat industry as the National Director and Chief Servant Officer of SiteStaff, improving website conversion rates of senior living communities by employing college-educated Americans, recruited and hired for empathy (instead of bots), to engage families inquiring about care for loved ones to increase leads and tours.
