Jonathan brings 20+ years as an entrepreneur and leader in the customer service and sales industries. His career has encompassed the engineering and developing of innovative products, online marketing, and high-end luxury hotel services. Jonathan was a founding partner of AnswerHVAC, an answering service that prided itself on applying specific industry knowledge with excellent customer service to increase lead generation and conversion within the HVAC industry. He innovated the live chat industry as the National Director and Chief Servant Officer of SiteStaff, improving website conversion rates of senior living communities by employing college-educated Americans, recruited and hired for empathy (instead of bots), to engage families inquiring about care for loved ones to increase leads and tours.

Jonathan considers himself a “forever student,” constantly evolving and learning from others and their experiences. “I think that, for a ‘people and process’ guy like me, you have to first hire the right people—from the right Executive Director to the individual caregivers—who will succeed within a culture of care,” said Jonathan. “That culture is different for each one of our clients, and different for each organization that serves seniors, but I think you have to be committed and a forever student to do it.

“I became intoxicated by this industry years ago,” said Jonathan. “There’s such an affinity for making seniors—those really important people in our society—comfortable and giving them a place where they can live out the rest of their lives with dignity, with respect, with kindness, and in a place where they can thrive.” 

Jonathan emphasized his passion for that personal connection in customer care. “Something that I’ve carried for years is that there is no substitute for the human element, especially when it comes to matters of the heart…and this is as emotional of a purchase as there is in society today.
