Client Communities use our sales support Contact Center, where our highly trained Family Advocates answer calls and inquiries – even after hours and on weekends.  (Did you know that 35% of the time families reach out after hours?)   SeniorVu’s Lead Management Platform allows them to answer on behalf of their Client Communities using their brand.  They pre-qualify the lead based on the community’s criteria and they even schedule the tour.  Taking on those tasks frees up time that our Client Communities can now spend being in the moment with residents as a terrific caregiver.

Other services at SeniorVu like our digital team helps communities show up in searches on the internet ahead of the 3rd party lead providers.  Their data tracking provides communities with real-time analytics.  Their marketing automation nurtures those leads that aren’t yet ready to move-in.

Happy Holidays

Answering inquiries for your community is what our Family Advocate Managers (FAM team) love doing, even on most holidays. Thanksgiving and Christmas Day are the only two days we close up shop. We believe all of our team members deserve time with their families. By the next morning, FAM is right back at it to follow up on any inquiries that may have come in the day before.
