Katie is a senior living community executive director (not in real life but for the sake of this common example.) Katie’s been in senior living long enough to be fed up the 3rd party lead “providers.” In Katie’s world of “shoulds” she believes everyone in senior living should lead from the heart, should put the needs of seniors and their families first, and should not pad their pockets on the backs of seniors.

There are many things Katie dislikes about those 3rd party “providers” like they fact that they are so big they don’t even know her name or her community’s name!
