Why it’s the BEST time to try My Virtual Assistant

Virtual assistant

If you haven’t met Katie, she’s a senior living executive director just like you.  Okay, she’s not a REAL senior living executive director, but we still think you will relate to Katie, learn from Katie and even chuckle with Katie.  In this video, Katie shares a little secret to maintaining her sanity during the coronavirus isolation AND, she discovers where all those missing rolls of toilet paper are going!  Go ahead! Give yourself 2-minutes to watch and just maybe it will lift your spirits and provide you with a really great idea to connect with prospects during this busy and crazy times.

Hi! Katie here. I’ll be brief.  As a senior living community director, I understand your focus is exactly where it should be…on the health, safety and SANITY of your residents and caregivers during these scary times.  But I would be remiss if I didn’t share my little secret for maintaining MY sanity right now.

Since it’s all hands-on deck around here…I’m leaning on My Virtual Assistant more than ever.

My Virtual Assistant is handling a lot of the basic communication with our families, prospects, and even our applicants.  I don’t have time to sort out the real applicants and prospects from all those other calls. The fact is we will get through this and when we do I can’t afford to be behind, with occupancy or staffing.

My Virtual Assistant answers ALL inquiries on our behalf, answering questions from prospects and nurturing those relationships.  They set up interview times with applicants within minutes… even those that come from Zip Recuriter or Indeed.com….by reaching them before they can move on to the next opportunity.

My Virtual Assistant is sending out communication on our behalf through email, text, digital marketing, video, direct mail, social media…hell, they’d use carrier pigeon if I asked them to!

What?  I’ve got to run…we just found out why so much of our toilet paper is missing… Mrs. Carl is hoarding it in her apartment.

We all deserve some sanity.  Try My Virtual Assistant.  Reach out to SeniorVu today.
