Client Success Manager
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and reliable professional to join our team as a Client Success Manager for our clients in the senior living industry. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a client base by providing excellent marketing reporting and campaign optimization consulting, utilizing the SeniorVu platform to build relationships, offer solutions and retain and grow our client base. Our CSM team is the main point of contact for our senior living clients so we are interested in hiring savvy, client focused individuals with a knowledge of senior living, a commitment to client satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
✓ College Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field
✓ Senior Living marketing experience desired
✓ Strong computer and analytical skills
✓ Excellent interpersonal communication skills
✓ High level of professionalism
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Interpret marketing campaign data and report to clients on a regular basis.
Grow existing client base to include additional communities.
Consult clients on their current marketing plan and offer solutions which may include to expand current marketing efforts.
Promote our Family Advocate Contact Center and report on results, demonstrating value to client.
Work with the Family Advocates to report leads generated on our client’s behalf.
Ability to work efficiently using mac computers to research data in the SeniorVu platform.
Compile, analyze and monitor marketing data to tell a compelling story using the SeniorVu platform, tableau and excel.
Collaborate with the digital team to ensure campaigns meet client needs.
Retain clients and build trust thru the integrity of work and SeniorVu core values.
Be self-directed and ambitious in reporting on and growing accounts.
Network and be pro-active in the Senior Living marketing space.
Knowledge of digital ppc campaigns, direct mail, email, video brochures and lead generation or similar marketing tools applicable.
Ability to develop senior living marketing relationships at an executive, regional and local level.
