SENIORVU INFORMATION COLLECTION POLICY
SeniorVu collects and stores the information you provide to us through our Sites. This may include such personal information as your name, the company you work for, business title, postal address, email address, telephone number, marketing preferences, and other information. SeniorVu collects only the information necessary to provide our Services to You and/or to process and respond to requests and inquiries you make toSeniorVu.
In addition,SeniorVu automatically collects certain information from your computer and browser, such as your web browser, IP address and pages visited on our Sites, as described below.
SENIORVU INFORMATION USE POLICY
SeniorVu uses the information we collect to provide our Services to you and to fulfill requests and/or answer inquiries you have made to SeniorVu. We may also use your information to make our Sites easier for you to use and to inform you of Services updates, new Services and other related information from SeniorVu.
SeniorVu uses your browser information to analyze trends, administer our Sites, track users’ activities on our Sites, help us understand the parts of our Sites visited most often and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in improving our Sites. We also may assemble information that we collect into aggregate form (i.e., combine non-personal information obtained from many different users) to better understand how the Sites are being used. We may also use this aggregate information to analyze our website’s utility, enhance the areas and functionality within our Sites that appear to be of interest to various users and better communicate our Services. SENIORVU INFORMATION SHARING POLICY
Except as described in this Policy, SeniorVu does not share, sell, rent, loan, trade, lease or disclose your personal information to any third party without your prior consent.
SeniorVu may share your information with service providers and partners who participate in and support providing our Services to you or in addressing or responding to your requests and inquiries. SeniorVu also may share your information with our service providers to facilitate Targeted Advertising, as described below in the section titled “Targeted Advertising”. In order to operate our website and provide our Services to you, we also may provide personally identifiable, aggregate, and other information associated with our website to third parties that provide services for us, including services such as shipping, payment processing, database management, and Internet services.
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law, court order or other valid legal processes or as reasonably necessary for the establishment or maintenance of legal claims.
We may request you provide us with financial information required to facilitate financial transactions you initiate and, in certain circumstance, we may share this information with third parties, under contract with us, to facilitate such transactions. OPT-OUT OF SENIORVU EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
SeniorVu maintains an email list to communicate with our clients and prospects. Individuals must affirmatively ask to join our email list by opting-in on our Sites. All email messages sent to these lists include an opportunity to unsubscribe or opt-out of receiving future emails. You may also request to be removed from our email list by contacting us by following this link.
As you browse the Internet, you may see advertisements on the web pages you visit. SeniorVu delivers, and works with advertising partners to enable the delivery of, relevant messages to the right consumers. This is called Targeted Advertising and may be based on a variety of factors, such as: web Sites you visit, perceived interests, and demographic information. Targeted advertising does not result in you seeing more ads, rather the ads you see will be more relevant to you.
SeniorVu also may use ad serving companies to place banner ads from other firms on our Sites. Your interaction with these advertisements may generate information associated with you, your computer, or the information related to the content present you were viewing. SeniorVu uses physical, electronic and administrative measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and/or alteration of the information under our control. All information is stored securely and may only be accessed by authorized persons with a legitimate business need to access the information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of personal information accessible on or transmitted via the Internet.

PARTICIPATION IN SENIORVU PUBLIC FORUMS
Some areas of the Sites allow you to provide content to us directly (a “Public Forum”). By posting content on or through a Public Form, you grant SeniorVu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute your content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed) for any and all purposes.
Any content you post to a Public Form may be publicly viewed and used by anyone on the Internet. You are responsible for any content you post, and for any consequences thereof, including the use of your content by other users. To protect your privacy, SeniorVu reminds you not to submit personal information in a public forum.
You agree not to post any content that (i) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (ii) you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (iii) infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party; or (iv) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
SeniorVu may pre-screen, refuse, or remove any content that you post. We may also modify or adapt your content in order to transmit, display or distribute it.
SeniorVu does not control the content posted by public users to our Sites and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. Under no circumstances will SeniorVu be liable in any way for any user-contributed content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any user-contributed content.
