Family Advocate Contact Center Representative: Full-time/Part-time Availability
We are seeking energetic, flexible, and reliable professionals to join our team as a Family Advocate Mentor for individuals seeking private-pay senior living. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming calls, utilizing company policies to qualify individuals based on location, finances and care level for our clients. Our FAM team is often the first point of contact for senior living or active 55+ living, so we are interested in hiring empathetic individuals with a knowledge of senior living, a commitment to prospect and client satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
FAMILY ADVOCATE CONTACT CENTER REQUIREMENTS
✓ College Degree preferred
✓ Senior Living experience
✓ Strong computer skills
✓ Excellent interpersonal communication skills
✓ High level of professionalism
✓ Must be available to work holidays, evenings and weekends
✓ Must pass drug screening and background check
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
Make outbound calls to prospects who have inquired about senior living
Maintain quality ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
Attend mandatory training and call review sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
Schedule community tours after qualifying prospects, maintain a call cadence to ensure proper follow-up with prospective residents
Ability to work using mac computers to research and input data into the SeniorVu platform
